Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the MyClassToppers website and Android app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent/guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account (phone-OTP login) secure.

2. What we provide

Recorded video courses, live online classes, quizzes and homework, doubt support, coding courses, and a marketplace that connects students with independent tutors for online or home tuition.

3. Purchases and access

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed by Razorpay; course purchases are completed on our website.
• A course purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the content for yourself. Some live batches provide time-limited access (for example, monthly), shown on the course page.
• All purchases are final — see our Refund Policy.

4. Content protection

Course content is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not download (except in-app offline viewing), record, screenshot, share, resell, or redistribute any content. Videos carry an identifying watermark; violation leads to account termination and may lead to legal action.

5. Tutoring marketplace

• Tutors on the platform are independent providers, not our employees. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment, and we review tuition posts before publishing, but we do not guarantee any tutor's qualifications, conduct, or results — please exercise normal care, especially for in-person tuition.
• Contact details are shared between student and tutor only after a paid unlock or a confirmed booking. Contact-unlock fees pay for a verified lead and are not refundable, including when the other party does not respond or an engagement does not work out.
• Keep bookings and payments on the platform; off-platform dealings are at your own risk.

6. Your content and conduct

• You keep ownership of content you post (reviews, comments, doubts) and grant us a licence to display it within the Service.
• No abusive, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content; no spam; no attempts to break or bypass the Service's security or payment flows.
• You can report objectionable content in the app; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features, courses, or these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of independent tutors or students.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; no refunds are due on termination for violations.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@myclasstoppers.in.
