Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 5 July 2026

All sales are final — no refunds

MyClassToppers sells digital educational content and services. Because courses can be consumed immediately after purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

• Recorded course and live-batch purchases;
• Coding course enrollments;
• Tutor contact-unlock fees (student or tutor side) — the fee pays for the verified lead itself;
• Tuition session and monthly-plan bookings once paid.

Please review the course page, free demo lectures, and pricing carefully before you pay. Free previews exist precisely so you can evaluate content quality before purchasing.

The only exceptions

We will refund or correct a payment only in these situations:

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order — the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
• Failed transaction: money was deducted but the purchase was never activated on your account, and our payment provider confirms the failure — refunded in full to the original payment method.

Report these within 7 days of the transaction to sachin.priyadarshi904@gmail.com with the payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (bank timelines may vary).

Cancellations

• A tuition booking request can be cancelled in the app while it is still pending (before the tutor accepts). Once paid and confirmed, it is non-refundable; if a tutor cancels or never provides the confirmed session, contact us and we will arrange a replacement session or, at our discretion, a credit.
• Live-batch schedule changes by us do not qualify for refunds; recordings are provided for missed classes.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Indian consumer-protection law. For any payment issue, contact us first at support@myclasstoppers.in — most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
